AND WINTER CAME I

Part of my ‘First Snow’ Series, this encaustic painting evokes the feelings of quietness and peacefulness that envelopes the landscape at the first snowfall of the season.  Currently at Upper Level Gallery in Vermilion Alberta Canada

Painted on 1/2” deep cradled panel, wired for hanging with hanging hook included.  Painted as a companion to ‘And Winter Came II’ to become a Diptych at 8 x 16
