Drive far enough west on any central or southern Alberta road and you will eventually begin to see the mountains.  The view will soon change to a series of rolling hills, each bigger than the other and ending at the craggy peaks of the Rocky Mountains. This painting is typical of the series of hills that culminates in a mountain range. Size: 12” Round on Cradled Birch Panel – sides are waxed natural color. Wired for hanging or can lean on a shelf. Medium: Encaustic - Beeswax, Damar, Pigment, Oil Stick.
