First Market of 2019

While the air is cooler, the leaves are turning and the calendar says we are 3/4 of the way through 2019, tomorrow I will be taking part in my first art market of this year in Vermilion, Alberta.

The biggest reason is the fact we moved from southern Alberta back north to the City of Camrose. Getting a house and a studio packed and unpacked took its toll on my energy. I had great plans to search out some markets in the area, but it always seemed the timing was off. I finally got my home studio set up in my basement and managed to get some new pieces, both acrylic and encaustic, completed.

So tomorrow, Sept 7, I will pack up my artwork and head to Art In The Park in Vermilion from 11-4. If you are close, come on by, there are lots of great artisans and a free lunch. Oh, and fresh baked cinnamon buns!
